The City of Vallejo contracted Bellecci & Associates to redesign the streetscape plan of their historic downtown area. Bellecci & Associates turned to Will Clark Designs to create a site that would serve a number of purposes including: streamline communication between the civil engineers, landscape designers, and city engineers and planners; facilitate distribution of documents and information to the public at large; create an online visual impact that would generate public interest into the redesign project.
